Bricco was made possible through a gift from Benjamin Olewine III and his family. A visionary, Mr. Olewine realized that a restaurant like Bricco would allow the Olewine School of Culinary Arts to position itself amongst the elite culinary programs in the country. The owners have worked diligently to create an environment that is both fun and sophisticated. Sample the signature seafood tower or try one of the gourmet wood stone pizzas. Because Bricco believes that the dining experience is enhanced when enjoyed with friends and the responsible consumption of wine, they have priced all of their bottles of wine at only $10.00 over cost.
